what else do i need??auto to manual b16 conv.
i have a 2000 civic lx auto... this is what i'm looking at:

what else do i need to do this swap??
this is what i see that i will need in addition to the swap from hmotors:
shifter/****/boot
pedals
tranny mounts
manual ecu
clutch/slave cylinders
Clutch Resovoir
Matching Throttle Cable for the Pedal Set
hydraulic lines
am i missing anything, or are there things in my list that come with the engine/swap on the link and therefore won't need to get??
also, how much am i looking to spend over and above the cost of the swap on these misc. parts to make the auto/manual happen??

edit: can i do a B18B (LS) swap and keep my auto tranny (to save on costs??)
