What a dumb thing I did
I changed my oil and forgot to change the filter. If I were to take out the filter without the oil drained will all of it spill out? lol

I used to work at an oil change, if you are really hurtin just quickly remove the filter and put a new one on, you will loose a small amount of oil but it all depends on how quick you are. When you are used to putting on 100-200 oil filters a day its easy.
But the correct way would be totally starting from scratch.

No no no, not much will come out. You could take 25 minutes to change the oil filter and you wouldnt loose much. Just take off the filter, put on a new oem honda one and fill accordingly.

Exactly. It will almost all be sitting in the pan.

only what is sitting in the filter will come out, THATS IT, leave it sitting w/ no filter for a month and no more will come out, gravity prevents it.
BTW: if you have cranked your car w/ the old filter new oil, its pointless to just change the filter now, either keep the new oil/old filter, or redo it all again.
