Well to really get bar'd out you need a 12pck of your favorite domestic beer, a couple zanaxes and about 2 days to recover. Just playing, i dunno ive never even been to californa, just thought id bump for ya.

It depends, what gen engine do you have? What year car? Here are some parts if not all you will need...

USDM P30-A00 ECU
DelSol VTEC Intake Manifold OR
Skunk2 Intake Manifold with CARB Sticker
EVAP Purge Control Solenoid
CARB Legal Header or stock header(CARB # has to be for a DelSol VTEC)
CARB Legal Intake or Stock Intake(CARB # has to be for a DelSol VTEC)
A good CAT

Right now the REF Stations are closed. No one knows when they will reopen.

Yes. Depending on where you get pulled over, you can have it impounded for up to 30 days for illegal mods or crushed. Until the state budget is figured out the BAR program is no longer available, but you can find state refs that will BAR cert you if you pay the fees and have the required smog compliant parts.

What's with you guys saying that the ref stations are closed? I read on another thread a debate about this and it was found that they are still open. That they stop givng the free reperations or something like that. Have you tried calling a place? Cuz the other guy in the other thread did and he said its open? IDK

From the website:

No open header would violate the decible ordanances, and the ticket is like 300 or something, but loud exhaust is normal, you should hear some of the diesel trucks running around with 5 1/2 exhaust, so annoying. Cant even talk when they drive by the house and what not.
