What does cat-back exhaust system mean?

Well i am going to buy a new exhaust system and was wantin to know if cat-back includes the cat or everything after the cat. Just wantin to know if i had to buy a cat/test pipe or not?

Cat-back. From the CAT, BACK. So, Cat not included.
