yeah it mean sport injected cuz I think the first si was the crx in 1985 which became the first fuel injected honda hence "sport injected"

<FONT COLOR="red">Si</FONT> was an acronym for "Sport Injection". Yes, it can stand for other things, but with regard to the original Civic and subsequent models, this is correct.
