what should i get for my EK either spoon sw388 or mugen mf8 or mf10?

A 99-00 Si is not an EK. Its an EM1.

I would say mf10's in bronze.

and please, dont waste your $$ on sw388s. for the price of 1½ sw388s, you can own a complete set of rota slipstreams.
