What is it that makes you want an AWD Civic so badly? It's not going to perform like an AWD sport car.

Well, he COULD go looking for a late 80's/early 90's civic wagon
Some of those came with AWD
If you don't want a CRV, then there's the AWD Pilot and the AWD Ridgeline
(you said Honda, didn't specify which besides no CRV)
^^;

If you have enough money you can convert anything to AWD. Do you have a specific tech question or is this just one of those pipe dreams?

none. its a ton of custom fabrication. unless you know engineering, welding, etc. and have deep pockets, its not happening.

...thats an AWD subaru with a civic body. not the same.

p.s. if you put nearly as much money into that supra gutted the crap out of it then did this race. you would barely have time to look back to see that civic.

not that video. You would have to be extremely good at body work to pull what that guy did, and to me it obviously looks a little off

Honda did make an AWD drive civic...it's called an Orthia. It was out for years!! Honda certainly didn't think it was worth bringing to the N/A market, but you could always import one. It's a lot easier than screwing around trying to convert one

Basically, it's a full crv drive assembly in a civic wagon

This thread has quickly become worthless.

There is no reason to make a thread every time you have a sudden dream to do something to your car or a car or you want a certain car, etc.

If you have a tech question, by all means, make a thread about it IF you can't find your answer elsewhere. But this is up there with me making threads on any random thought I might have. And I have ADD, so that would be bad.

"Do we still need milk? No, we picked some up before the trip." "Maybe I should have tried Coeur d'Alene for houses. Oh yeah, I'm totally sure it would have been better than Spokane." "I still need to do the brakes on the Civic. I can't believe I've let it sit this long, but it's not like I was going to drive it in the shitty weather." "What else do I still need to do to the Prelude...? I mean, besides body work and paint. Still need to put that p/s line on... Dammit, haven't tried removing those O2 sensors since the first time. Need to wire that light in... Oh, I should stop by a craft store and grab some foam to re-do the taillight seals today."

Next time try putting all your thoughts into the first post, at least. You said AWD Honda that's not a CR-V, but it turns out you were more into a '92-'00 Civic converted to AWD with a hopeful K20 swap.

Also, AWD Civics of these generations existed and were nothing to write home about.
