yeah spray some anti-seize of some sort or wd-40...tap it lightly with a rubber hammer if necessary cause its most likely jammed in there pretty good..good luck

though they have many advantages i still prefer a seperate spring and strut/shock setup spray the hell out of the coilovers with engine cleaner then take it to a self carwash and spray the crap off..then respray with wd-40 to fill the seals

Try pushing one wrench away with yuor foot while you sit on the ground and pulling the other towards you, makes sure you're wearing mechanx gloves too to protect your knuckles.

You sir, are a jackass. My Skunk2's have never frozen up, but my Friend Justins Ground Controls are stripped and frozen. It is all about maintaining parts on your vehicle.

dont say that was me that said that, i was just messing with you, and like i said, just keep the sleeves clean *whenever u have time* and you wont have a problem with jamming perches, and about the ground controls, they are the same, just keep the sleeve clean and youll be cool. ive seen alot of people with ground controls that have stripped sleeves for some reason. i guess thats just something you go through when u get "better" stuff...stick with skunk.
