Well, it all depends what u want from your car and what are your plans for it.
I would say;
1) Good suspension
2) Brake upgrade = pads , etc...
3) cams and upgraded valvetrain.
4) then take some driving school classes so u can learn how to drive your car and get the most out of it.

yep. then you could sell your I/H and put that money towards the turbo kit. if you wanna stay NA, you could get cams, do headwork, and/or get a v-afc. but who wants to stay NA anyways. go turbo.

wow! you got four strut bars? You mean struts right, if you plan on doing weekend drag racing then just focus on engine upgrades or buy a type-r shortblock (b18c5) since you have a b16 head already and upgrade the valvetrain and get new cams, intake manifold etc......you got enough cash to do it I think

if i was to get a turbo i think tuning would be the biggest issue. i live in northeastern pa and i have no idea of any tunning/dyno shops around. does anyone of any within a reasonable drive?

all mota! Get some KYB AGX's go to along with your springs. You might want to consider replacing your bolt-ons too if they are shitty. Then yank the head, throw in some Skunk2 Stage1's, Skunk2 Valvetrain w/ flat bottom valves, mugen 1-layer head gasket, get a VAFC and FPR, and get that bitch on a dyno.
BTW> What are your bolt-ons? Be brand-specific and model-specific... such as USDM DC Sports 4-2-1, or so on.

my bolt ons are usdm dc short ram, and arospeed rear section exhaust. do you have this motor work done to your car and if so what is your quarter mile time? and or horsepower/torque numbers

Yea, i have the same car. I don't have any dyno numbers, but I will on Thursday as she's going to get tuned. As of right now, my best 1/4 mile is 14.7@96mph with really bad traction. I have a lot of **** done to my car though. With basic bolt-ons, you can usually break the 15.0 barrier with 99-00 Si's. When I had i/h/e -- shitty i/h/e might I add -- i hit 15.0@91mph.
Hit me up on AIM, maybe i can give you some more advice with your car. my AIM is in my signature.

All of these turbo guys, i want a turbo for mine, but just go with a Vortech Supercharge, they make some mean power on the b16a engines, it's around 250 + and it's boost on demand, thats about the cost of one kit, the money u have.

Re: what to do with a 99 si? (flosSIn)
for 3500 i woudl say get a drag turbo or a vortech supercharger and then save the money up for labor and stuff unless u know how to put it in. if u wanna go all motor u gonna have to spend a grip of cash my swap which didn't even get me fully done just a couple mods won't bring my car to low 13s in drag...if u r going for quick in drag all motor u gonna spend bout 10K so just think of that ...wit a supercharger or turbo u got nice daily driver ...turbo has sweet blow off valve and soudns cool and u still will pull something like low 13s or 12s in1/4mile depending on how good of a driver u r ...personaly im going for a 12 second 00si all motor wit a gsr...i should only need another 3K and then i shoudl be there wit some practice and a lil tuning....well thats bout all i can say first make the decision what u want wit the car ...good handling or quick in drag race...or good on road course...so figure out what u want then we all can help u a lil better....im out
