easiest way to take the pulley off (for me at least) is to take off the starter and get something caught in the flywheel and have someone else undo the bolt. word of caution though you could mess up one of the teeth oh, and that thing is on TIGHT! I got it off with a 5 foot pipe as a breaker bar and it still took us a while.

Thanks....
tried to block the engine with gear and brakes on but clutch seems to slip when turning off with a breaker bar
going to try with pneumo tool...

also heard that there is special tool used to block engine that fits into hexagonal socket of the pulley and it has a hole to put a socket on pulley bolt...
