what determines the temp of an hid system?
my friend has a mcculoch h4 hid system thats he sellin to me cheap and has one good bulb, the other busted. its rated at 6500k. now say if i were to get 4300k bulbs, would that work as in terms my output will be 4300k? or is that ballast set at 6500k reguardless?
