Default What could be my problem?

I installed a new Walbro Pump Last night and it ran fine. THis morning when i go to crank it up, i get no responce and no noise from the fuel pump. I would turn the key to ATT and press on the gas and then get noise from the pump. When i go to push in the clutch, i get no responce. I think it could be the main relay

changed the fuel relay and pump. Same resolt. I tried to test the starter solenoid and i get no action when i try to jump it. My battery is good. Might be a bad starter solenoid

Take the starter over to autozone and they can test it for you, also would be nice to be there so you can get a new one while your there

Check the wiring to the starter solinoide just to be sure tho, also make sure its properly grounded run like a jump start wire to your negative battery post and clamp it to one of the bolts holding it in place.

when you turn the key to ACC, there should be no fuel pump sounds, or anything related to the engine. you should hear the main relay click when you turn the key to ON, when the check engine light is lit, the fuel pump should also be building pressure.
is the car cranking? or is it cranking and not starting?

car is doing nothing when i turn the key. It's what happens when you have no power and you hear nothing. But my battery is good and i replaced the starter which is good, replaced main relay, replaced fuel pump. When i take my key out, the dash stays on and so does the radio. I do have a greddy turbo timer with harness. Would that be problem?

sounds like you need to isolate the problem by removing things like the turbo timer... it also sounds like you either have a short or something that is stuck closed...

alright, it was a ground cable from the engine to the chasis. I had the wire from the valve cover to the chasis. But my new tenzo r valve cover caused an improper ground.

yeah, improper grounding could do it... there should be more than one ground on the engine...

I have two main grounds that i know of, one from the tranny to the chasis, one from head to the chasis. Are there any others that i should have? I also have a ground wire from the harness to the termostat housing.

I have never used the valve cover ground at all on any of my cars and they still run perfect.

Dont forget your thermostat housing ground. Battery to chassis ground.
