you de-pinned the ECU?!

not smart.
maybe you put the wires in the wrong places.

Helpful post?

How do you think people do wire tucks? They depin, rewire, reloom, etc. Also if you read the post, I said that I double checked the pinouts and did not find any issues.

You may need a larger gauge wire for the fuel pump
