What is a CheckEngine code 65?

What is a CheckEngine code 65?
Greets, all.
I have a 96 civic dx. The check engine light came on and I did the jumper thing and got an error 65.
I think that's the Secondary HO2S Heater Circuit Fault (Sensor 2). I found that on the net for a differernt year than mine. Can anyone confirm that for a 96? Also, what the heck is that? How much for the part? Any help would be greatly appriciated!
