Looks like a 10 and a 21, but I can only see that in the first code thrown. IAT and VTEC Spool solenoid I believe.

Re: what cel am i throwing? (BlackoutVTi)
thats kind of what i was hoping. No way should i be throwing an automatic tranny code haha.
But it still doesnt make sense because i've changed my vtec selenoid to fix the one code but nothing changes.
and could these codes cause this

I had the same problem in my car, thats either the IAC motor or the FITV thats causing the idle surge. Thats what it was in my car.

Re: what cel am i throwing? (ACE_94EG)
i've tried cleaning both, no help.
Im really starting to think its my timing is off.
I've pretty much covered everything else.

Reset the ECU after you change the IAT and see what happens. If you dont reset the ECU after you fix a CEL, sometimes the CEL will still show up, and even possibly cause the ECU to stay in limp mode even though the problem is fixed. You can check if your IAT is bad just by unbolting it and looking at the tip. If it's burnt a little after you wipe it, then it's most likely bad. Also just 'cuz it's not burnt doesn't mean it still can't be bad. I stock up on these at the junkyard, since like every honda has the same exact thing on the manifold...try that and see what happens. Also for your idle, you might want to check your TPS, and also pull your IACV and FITV and clean them both. Just requires a little taking apart, and some brake cleaner. After that, reset the ECU again and check your CEL's again, if any.
And yea, you were throwing a 10 and 21 in the vid...the long pause after the first blink indicates a new code...
