It is painted and the person who gave me them told me that they were factory del sol rims. Anyone know for sure?

I'm 99.9% sure that car didn't come stock on any Del Sols. It's an optional wheel, the 96-97 Del Sol Si/VTEC rims looked like this:

its a Honda Optional wheel (civic 92-95)
it is similar to del sol oem(jdm) the only difference is
the center cap of del sol is "H' logo only, and the
outer lip is polished, compared to the Optional wheel.

How about No? Del Sol wheels didn't have the split spokes. Optional wheel FTW.
