What can you do if your car is leaking oil?
What are your options if you have a slight oil leak in your motor? Any kind of sealant or maintenance that can be done?

Find out where it is coming from and fix it (ie replace gasket, etc). Also, don't forget to wipe up the oil!

lol
yeah, you're making this toooo hard
this reminds me of how americans wants to lose weight, they want this "magic pill" or something that they can just swallow/drink/etc rather than just cutting calories - which is all that needs done... take something easy and make it difficult...

check your plugs for oil burnt on them (valve seal leakage)
check oil drain plug, oil pan, make sure your filter is FIRMLY handtight!
check rear/front of engine for headgasket leak, valvecover/cam seals, for moisture.
check muffler for blue-white smoke.. (bad piston rings/ valveseals etc.)
Keep checking your dipstick everyday till you locate the prob and fix it.
check oil level after car has been off for at least 30min.-1hr.
so to get an accurate reading.
this was a silly "newbie" Question.. but hopefully this gives you a start.. you circus animal (jk)
