If that isn't a clean *** sol i'd have to say 93-95 front bumper with modled lip and i reckon it's the ctr lip too.

thats funny it looks just like my OEM 99-00 CTR lip
but you could be right, it might be an OEM VX lip...
and the car could be on bags with no fender liners too...

Doesn't look like CTR to me.
Looks more like the '92-95 Civic:
The Sol could be on bags, but there is some burriness around the rear wheel well that makes me think otherwise. Look at the position of the rear wheel also - doesn't look like it could tuck into the fender to me. The shadowing under the front lip at the far left edge is also odd.
The car also has very neutral camber, which is nearly impossible for such a ride height.

that driver is just an idiot if he drives around that low. besides, it looks mexican as hell when youre sitting that low.
as for the bumper, its definately OEM with some kind of lip molded. i personally am with targa that its not a ctr lip, but am not sure exactly what it is.

I looked up the sig on the pic, "Josh Mackey" and found a bunch of info on google........It is photoshopped and i think that they sell that entire lip kit, i seen it on a blue sol once on cardomain, then he just molded it or used photoshop to make it look molded while he was at it with the height.....
