I dunno if there are sets that can do both rally and track but that's what I would want as long as they cost the same or less than each particular set.

What's your budget?
Is it a daily?
Which do you do more of?
If you don't really have a budget, I suggest KSport Asphalt Rally Spec Coilover Kit.
http://www.carid.com/2006-honda-civi...FQIT7AodnDsAcg A little pricey though

Maybe you should ask in the forum dedicated to it. Especially since you already asked this in the Suspension forum. This is general tech. Stop spamming.

Tein makes a rally spec coilover. I think they're in the $2k budget. A drop in the bucket for a real rally race car. Since that's what you're building.
You're just rolling around in the dirt. Use a stock suspension and snow tires.

If you have a car in a class that allows coilovers, you're most likely sponsored and seasoned well enough to be competitive.
Do they allow coilovers in your class? I'm not sure you're going to find rally spec coilovers for under 2 grand that are any good.

You might want to figure out what the sanctioning bodies allow before you go buying anything. Also, if you're racing in an organized circuit, a number of organizations have membership discounts with major manufacturers. For example, SCCA members can get discounts with a large number of companies, and even some dealerships.

naw man I got cones and stop watches its racing. I'd like to see how fast I can do a legit rally tho this is amateur hour **** I dont even go off jumps and fun **** like that. This POS cant even keep up with a 125 I deff need suspension tires better engine. I think the long gear trans in my coupe could be okay but I dont really wanna use good parts in a dumb D15 I'm thinkin about buying a B18 & 5speed from the junkyard and I'm still trying to find a good deal on a (C) 1.8 or a b16, I'm prolly gonna get the b18 in the mean time

Another typical day at Honda tech.
someone asks a question, people who don't know the answer chime in to bitch that they dont like the poster. Where's the crew of people who like to chant "ban"? I see doood mentioned it but I remember that there's a whole group of individuals not just doood. I see grumble mark but he actually tries to help ppl despite being a jerk about it. Bunch of stalkers dude.
on the other hand thank you Notaracist and B swapped for actually being cool

Dirt rally suspensions are high up and relatively soft. Snow tires make you a lot faster on dirt without actually getting dirt tires.
You don't need coilovers. Driving on dirt takes finesse and different technique. Keep doing it if you're serious about it. The sure way to tell you're NOT serious about it is because you're convinced that lack of extravagant equipment is the problem.
Coilovers are the smallest bang for your buck. Snow tires are a big bang for your buck. Learn how to drive in the dirt

the main reason I asked is because I have 8 worn out shocks and 6 really rusty springs. I want to replace em with something good and IV wanted a good suspension since I got my black coupe, with its total lack of swaybars and generally sorta shitty handling. I was thinking about it, there should be something competent in all terrains.
if I wanted tire advice I would've asked "what tires should I use?" but I asked about coil overs lol. I wish I could cage the car but then it would need to be dedicated race car and id need to pick up another vehicle for DD duty instead of being able to spread driving needs between a few vehicles

as for drake and doood, gtf outta here you're more of trolls than I am, I asked a simple question, intended for people with experience in the area. Instead I get the typical crowd of haters, and the crowd of helper advice guys who I'm proud of because they weren't particularly dick-ish
