What is the best of engine swap for a 1995 Civic Coupe?
I am thinking about getting a Civic. I want a 1995 Honda Civic Coupe. However, once I get it, I want to swap the engine. What is the best engine swap? JDM or USDM? h22 or b16? or any other advice you can give me.

We need more information then this if you want any advise you NEWBIE! Do you want to go in a straight line, or autocross? What is your price limit, or do you have no limit? Is it a daily driver or what? Do you want an easy swap that drops right in, or a more crazy swap like a H22. More INFO NEEDED!

Well, it really depends on what your are going for. I must warn you now that these posts are worn out and not really appreciated here by most members. But you need to weigh your options and then make a decision.
1. how fast do you want to go.
2. how much money you want to spend
3. forced induction or naturally aspirated
My recommendation:
If you plan on doing a turbo, and you need something now, do b18b or b20b/z
If you just want to do a swap to have one, or money is tight, do a b16.
If you want a little more torque, and driveabiltiy, and have the money, do b18c1
If you **** money, and want "R" bragging rights, but hate torque, do b16b
If you **** money, and want to go fast with factory honda build, do b18c5
If you **** axles, have extra cash, want to go faster, want bragging rights, want to stomp some v8's, don't autocross, don't mind vibration, dad owns a tire shop, have traction bars, go with the "forbidden swap", the h-duece duece, the big block of honda motors.
Its all in the hips, its all in the hips, just easin' the tension baby, just easin' the tension.

No such thing as "best swap". It all comes down to what YOU want for your driving habits.
