Turbo does that to a man
Thats a valve cover hold down thing. You should have a screw on there.

In all seriousness, the screw snapped off in the rocker arm. Take off the valve cover and see if you can EZ-out the screw. I had the same problem, and couldn't EZ-out it so I had to get a new rocker arm assembly.

thats the farmost bolt on the valve cover. it holds the valvecover to the head. could be a bad bolt. take it out, and replace. take off the valve cover and make sure it doesnt have a crack or leak. then make sure the bolt threads right and its ok and so is its hole.

looks like you might need a new grommet for it...and how woudl you know if it squirts out at high speeds?...do you phisically get out of your car at 140 mph(high speed) and check for leaks?...me no thinks so.

And when you replace it, make sure not to overtighten or it will snap again! It only requires 7 lb-ft of torque.
