A cold start injector is an injector that the ECU (or other control) fires when the coolant temperature and intake temperature are very cool. It is usually upstream of the throttle body, but can be between the throttle body and intake runners. At startup, engines require a richer mixture to keep running. Mechanically injected engines pioneered the concept of a cold start injector.

I wasn't aware any Honda had a cold start injector. That's news to me. It's a standard injector. If you can find it and you can change other injectors, I'm sure you can fix this.
