wet seatbelts
well today is the first day it has rained since i bought my 98 hatch.
i pulled the passenger seat belt out to secure my tripod for my camera, and it was wet.
has anyone seen this before?

sounds like a weather strip.problem or a rocker panel rust issue or the belt could have been hanging out the door
