Wet foul on a spark plug electrode tip?
When taken out, the spark plug tip had black water on the surface. The metal surface itself turned its color to black, too.
NGK website says it's a carbon deposit when the insulation resistance drops to 0 ohm. What would cause the insulation resistance to drop?
p.s. what kind of insulation is it saying?

Re: Wet foul on a spark plug electrode tip?
Okay, I was kinda rushing. I found a relevant answer in an article on NGK website.
