Went to Tein USA today for some maintenance service...
...and one of the customer reps told me that the guy in charge wasn't getting in until around 11:30 am. i told him i couldn't afford to come back and drop off my coilovers at that time...i have to work. the rep inspected the broken adjustment **** on one of my coilovers he said i needed to replace the shaft...$50 for shaft, $75 for overhaul...$125 for one coilover
rep took a closer look and told me to wait....waited about 5-10 mins....rep came out with my coilover with a BRAND NEW adjustment **** on it!!! yaaaaaaaaaay!!!!!!! i asked him how much for the ****...he's like 'don't worry about it'...as for the wrenches i have to order them from a Tein distributor. he even tested my coilovers for free to see if there's any problems with them. no leaks, no broken seals, no problems
let this be a lesson to anyone who have questions about what coilovers to get. Tein USA's customer service is top notch...and treat customers well....they even took down my cell # to follow up on future service for 'em...nice!
i don't know nor do i have experience with other coilover companies, but Tein is top notch.
on a side note, they are moving offices from paramount to downey...bigger space i imagine...don't know if their phone numbers will change though.
hope this helps someone out there...

hehe, yeah.. awsome customer service is better
than a phone number that you know will take years to get through only to find your warranty is void because you dropped more than 1.5"
hehehehee... i mean.. that never happened to me, but thats my hypothesis of what'd hapen if I ever wanted my kyb agx's serviced, haha.
as for your teins for sale.. SHOOO , i know your gonna ask like a grand for those!! i'm poor
