Well its time to buy a new header, any suggestions?
It took me four months to smash the **** out of my jdm dc header. The roads in cincinnati are just to tough. Any suggestions for a replacement? I was thinkig comptech 4-2-1. How low does it hang and is the tig weld worth the $$$? Also, people w/the jdm itr header and the skid plate (stock or that big aftermarket one), have you sen any damage with the plate? Any other suggestions are welcome. Thanks

if you are intersted in a header ,our b series header will be out in about a month or so. the header wraps around the driver side of the motor and you will never bash another header ever. we are gonna have a group buy as soon as they are done. let me know if you are interested. or want more info on the header.

I myself like the TYPE ONE header its 4-2-1 design,looks really well made ,nice welds...decent price and im pretty sure its a 2.5 collector.

can anybody verify that the type 1 is a 2.5 collector. Whats the comptech?

Two questions:
1) Am I corect in thinking the comptech 4-2-1 will not hang nearly as low as mu dc?
2) Can I weld the 2.5" collector from my dc onto my comptech?

i d aslo go with a comptech header with the 2.5 collector they make sick headers
