try using a dmm and follow the current till it stops.. i had the same problem and it just turned out being the ground... wasnt making a good contact with the frame.. try moving the ground and check the fuse.

Place the ground in a place that you KNOW is a groun (battery ground, or on the valve cover). Did you place the red wire onto the battery? Does the switch inside the car light up?

Check everything again. Obviously, something isn't completing the circuit. Fuses, grounds, power sources, everything. Something isn't complete, find it and fix it.

Try checking the relays. I have the same fogs and the wires that go into the relays didn't make a very good connection when I bought the kit.

I accidently shorted the wires for my fog lights once. All of a sudden I wasn't getting any power. I checked the fuse and it was still good and I just followed the wire and it turned out that the wire had actually melted in half haha. Just a thought.

^^^
i agree with kaiba, you may have to run another wire yourself from the housing of one of the lights to the chassis.

k bought a new relay and nothing, i manually hooked the power and ground up and the lights work, so my bottom ground by the lights has got too be good, my other ground is up by the switch and it works without a charm, so i have no clue, i'm going to try different grounds and draw up a diagram, i'm getting pissed i saw them turn on, and i was loving it

Where did you get the relay from? I had the same thing happen to my depo headlights, i just took them back to my distributor and switched out the relays. Turned out it was a faulty relay.

Use the DMM to check for power before the fuse, between fuse and relay, and after the relay.

front one is at the frame, its a clean ground but i'm running it straight to the battery this next time along with the other one, so i'll know for sure if its the grounds, the relay is from radio shack, it had beter be good, also my number two spot fuse box is taken up by an alarm, how do i get the other spots too work, so far it only works in number 2

theres suppose to be 2 grounds, the other one is under the dash next to the fuses. and the one on the frame, did you sand it down to bare metal cuz i skipped that and thats what was stopping mine. for the alarm just put the alarm in another spot and the fogs in #2, the lights just wont flash when you arm/disarm it

i bet you its your ground by the frame becasue mine would do the same freaking thing all the time. they would cut on and off and i found out it was the ground to the frame so i had to sand it down also and then they worked great

dmm is basicly a voltage meter.. i put my ground on the upper a/c bracket.. i had it on the head light bracket before and my **** didnt work... well it did for like 5 secs and then turned off.. personaly i think its just the ground but i could be wrong. just check for power all the way to ground with a dmm

Keep the wires connected while removing the front bumper cover. Lay the cover on the ground in front of the car. Now see if the foglights come on when you switch it.

One installation I did had the foglight bracket touching the body frame. The foglights would only come on when the bracket wasn't touching the frame.

check your relay wiring, you probably don't have it wired up correctly.

k relay wiring, i have 4 wires,
1. thick red from battery
2.blue and thin red, coming from each fog light
3. black coming from down by the fogs, i'm going to venture and say thats ground

my relay is a 4 wire automotive relay from radio shack, same voltage numbers same watts, i have choice from
1 power in, i think thats thick red from the battery
2.ground, obviously the black
3. power out
4. on and off switch

i bought a spool of wire from autozone, and i'm takin both grounds, switch and the frame too the battery, just gotta ge the realy right, and go from thier

now what about thin red and thin blue, power out or on and off switch?
