Default Well, a civic noob with a few questions.

First of all, I will be polite and introduce myself. My name is Josh, I have a 99 SI ( which my wife drives most of the time ) and I just picked up a 96 hatch. I had to sell my S2000 due to a few problems with the local authorities and my insurance company. I've never tinkered with a civic really so I got on here to learn.
My first route on this build is to put a 99-00 front end on the car. Then I want to swap it and blah blah.
My question is, and ive searched and couldnt find an exact answer, can i put a 99-00 Si guage cluster in the 96? Is there any special modification required or is it plug and play??? I didnt go through everything thread that the search produced but I went through quite a few of them. Any help is appreciated.

SWEET!!! Thanks guys. The last forum I visited, the people weren't skilled at giving nice welcomes at all. I'll eventually post pics of the craptastic hatch soon. Unless you demand for them now.
