Hey guys i have a s4c 99 civic si transmission with a quaife lsd in it. it doenst grind gears pop bullshit none of that. I makes the winding noise that sounds somewhat similiar to the noise the tranny makes in reverse). Im not exactly sure what it is, i replaced the clutch, and throwout bearing more recently, could this have anything to do with my flywheel because it is somewhat older, also could it be some kidn of bearing. thanks for everyones help in advance

found out it was the input shaft bearing, for those of you who have the same problem

Also having low (or having dirty) Trans fluid will cause the transmission to make noise when you accelerate.
