weird stuff with speedo?
ok so im out driving and decide to rip on my car well i take my car to redline (7200 stock tack) and right when i hit redline the needle jumps from 7200 to 9000 motor wasnt reving that high needle just jumped .... what would cause this....98 ej w/b20b motor swap lightend flywheel act extreme clutch running obd2 single cam non vtec ecu...

throwing any codes?...check...probably the vehicle speed sensor has it done it more than once or has your speedo done anything? you probably just misread or something if not

done it a couple of times now not throwing any codes for anything but crank position sensor but the motor dont have one so oh well that isnt causig it i will check for more codes also could it stem from the irratic idle problem?
