weird problem!!!!!!
92 civic hatch vx d16z6 p28 ecu just when it rains my car decelerates only with part throttle. I can floor it and it will pick back up and go. It had a code 43 so I changed out the o2 sensor, it still does it but no CSL?????? Any ideas?
