EG6[B16A1]

hey, I've got some problems on my motor, I hope someone can relate to this.
well heres what I' ve done to my car and what happened.
this is a first gen B16A
2 weeks ago I bought some fuel injector cleaner
after 2 tanks of gas after putting in that Fuel injector cleaner, my car seemed to lag out when I reach V-tec zone at 5000rpm, that was a bit earlyer too cause normaly my car would kick v-tec in at 5500rpm. my car felt like it was making lots of noises for nothing and not moving anywhere.
a day after my car performed normaly agian. so I figure everything is ok, maybe it was just my fuel filter tripping out.
well shortly a day after my car now runs like how I meantioned early.
today I went and bought a fuel filter, changed it, still feels the same.
what can this be???

oh yea, I also have a hugh rip on my exhaust that goes completly around my exhaust, rite behind my cat.it still holds up though

oh yea...I forgot...my motor also makes a weird noise as I have a air leak in my motor, almost sounding like a vacum. it happens when I alcelerate
