Weird Humming Noise Vid coming: Video inside
 

Im getting a weird noise all the time, and also that noise at around 9 seconds.
What could this be?


Specs:
GSR block fresh rebuild
Low compression pistons 82mm
B16 head
Rc 750 injectors
Turbo
MSD wired
NGK 7 plugs gapped at .030

I can't really hear anything but im on my phone. Is the timing belt rubbing the timing cover?

The timing belt doesnt show any wear? Im running LS covers on a GSR block if that matters

I tried moving it a bit, but the noise didnt go away.

Use an engine stethoscope to pinpoint the source of the noise.
