But once you Does anyone know what is causing that? i AM THINKGH THAT IT MAY BE BEACUSE OF THE NON- VTEC ECU LOOKING FOTR THAT 3 WIRE iac.

Vaccuum leak and IACv. Make sure your FITv is working properly, as well as your IACv. A funky iacv, although read as working by the ecu (No CEL) can sometimes cause strange occurances as such, making it feel like a 2-step at around 2000rpm.

Its not the ECU, trust me.
I solved it by fixing my FITv. What was happening was that it was leaking air in when it wasnt supposed to ( stuck in open position) causing a vacuum leak, causing it to not respond right under 2000 RPM, and gave me this 2-step type of stutter if i tried to hold it at 2k or lower RPMs. Also, make sure your IACv is functioning properly, that can also be caused by one that is acting up.
