WEIRD FEELIN?!?!
okay now guys, ive been driving for the past week now and i noticed something funky really bad, it doesnt feel too good, well everytime im coming to stop light to stop and all, and im throwing it back to neutral and then back to first, but it doesnt go to first unless i release the clutch pedal and put it back in, BUT! the first gear is horrible hard to throw in? WTF is going on? could it be my transmission going out? pressure plate aint grabbin? no clutch? what is it guys help me out

Clutch might be bent, or First gear could also be getting ready to go... take ur tranny apart if ur able to and check on the clutch, if the clutch looks as it is supposed to look ( no bents, no missing parts, all springs look good with no deffects ) then you might need a new tranny unless u rebuild trannys then u only need a first gear.

Re: WEIRD FEELIN?!?! (ThatOneOG)
The NHTSA has a service bulletin for 98 civics concerning first gear shifts: NHTSA number 10005021, "Hard to engage 1st gear, grinds into reverse." If that seems accurate call your dealer. They may be required to do it for free.
In fact, go to www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov to find your car and see if there are any TSB's on your ride.

What shakes? The sifter, does the whole car shake? You could have a few problems not even relate to the cluch/trans. like a bad motor mount/ tans mount causing to much play and making sifting hard or even a ms/sc problem

Look, I'm new to the Honda thing...maybe the same problem that plagues the 98 transmission haunts whatever you've got in your car.
Seriously, just check out the website I gave you with the info that you have and see if anything comes up. If you need to check for transmission problems, then do a search under a 95 acura integra with a gsr trim. Then you can do the same for whatever model year car your engine came from, and so on and so forth. Good Luck!
