It's a factory '96-'98 front bumper with a painted SiR front lip. I used to have it on my old '97 Civic and then sold it to someone on here. I left mine black, though.

What are you talking about? It's a USDM front bumper with a SiR front lip. The lip is a separate piece and installs by screwing into clips that are inserted into little "holes" on the bottom of the front bumper. They were available from dealers like Manchester Honda but have since been discontinued. (They're the dealer that I bought both of mine from ... one I sold and the other I'm keeping.) I believe JDM **** makes replicas now, but check their webpage on that. It's a nice lip, sure, but there's nothing crazy about that setup. It's a lip attached to a front bumper. End of story.

now i knowww thats not stock... i see it on google alot but never says what type of bumper it is..
