Default Weather - 1, Turn Signal - 0

For reference, I drive a 94 civic dx hatch.
Alright, so my turn signal varies with the weather, but only on the left side. When it is warm or hot out, everything is copacetic. Below, oh I don't know, maybe 50 degrees, my left tun signal gets screwy. I can pull the lever and nothing will happen. no click, no lights, nothing. However, if I fiddle with the stick I can eventually get it to blink as long as I keep playing with the stick. Usually when I do get it to blink, the lights flicker quickly like when a bulb is burnt out. any thoughts?

never had such a problem, but sounds like you should start by checking the the connection from the light harness into the bulb. do you have any pr0bs with the headlight on that side during cold weather also?

sound like you need to clean the connections within the steering column. Manufacturers usually put a type of grease on all electrical contacts to help the rubbing parts from wearing down. I had a 90 integra back in the day that wouldnt recognize that i was in park with the auto shifter on cold days. I pulled the electrical contacts apart to find dried up grease that prohibited a clean electrical contact. All i did was clean the contacts and it worked like a champ. So bascially you need to figure out what connection has become gummed and clean it off. Hope this helps.

its either the turn signal relay under the dash, but i believe on some cars if the emergency singals button is bad it will do this too (some cars have a signal relay built into this switch)
