wd40 on break clips
a loud noise comes from my two front tires i know it has something to do with my break clips. my friend had the same problem. he sprayed a little wd40 in between his rims about a week ago and said the sound hasnt came back. i said i wanted to that with mine too so i wouldnt have to deal with the embarassing sound. should i do this? will it mess anything up?

the sound will come back soon. you need to lubricate the clips with this special lubricant from Honda called Molykote M-77 or something like that. That fixed mine, silicone lube fixed it for a while but it kept coming back.

oh and i dont think the brakes are worn. not yet, at least. it just started making that sound about a week ago and the brakes were just replaced when i bought the car from a previous owner two years ago.
