Which way should the should the number face on my KYB AGX? I'm talking about the front under the hood, not the rear. This is for a 2k Civic. I just got my car back from the body shop and i noticed the numbers on the shock were facing different ways. I don't want one front shock on a different setting than the front shock, so does anybody know which way the numbers are suppose to face? And is it higher the number the stiffer? Thanks.

hey i have those shocks. they are really nice i love them. anyway, if you look where the whole for the screw driver is there is a little dot. where the dot is is where the setting is going to be. the higher the number the harder the setting. i am not sure which way it is supposed to go if you want me to look at mine i will. just as long as the dot is in the same spot you will be fine. and whatever you do, do not lose that screw driver. i lost mine and still havent found one small enough. just a little tip.

Are you sure that there is a dot? Hmm.. i didn't see one. I'll have to check again.

yeah i am pretty sure. it is on the little whole you really cant see it i didnt see it till i had the same question you did.

What setting do you have in the front?

for the street, I run 2 in front 3 in back. For autox I used 3 in front and 5 in back. But I will try harder settings next time.

i have my teins set to 16 and reflectors make my head hit the roof.

i got 4 in front and 6 rear. man the car handles so well but i recommed 3 in front. i have 4 cause i have a kit and no braces up there. try 8 ones it is soooo hard.
