which way do side markers go>?

i know this sounds stupid, and my pix suck.. but i have to find out.. (im getting them done this morning)... again.. which way do my side markers go.. they are for a EK..

first off.. i bought these from password jdm..
the smaller ones are for my bro's DC and the longer ones are for my EK.

now lets take a look at my wack *** diagram, assuming, that the top of the picture is the front of the car.. should they go this way>?

or should they go this way>?

yeah this post is stupid.. but just help a bro out!

easy way to find out.... on the side marker the name honda should be read properly or stanley. If they are backwards the name will be backwards.

( unless you have two rights or two lefts.. this will not work.

the smaller ones are jdm 92-95 sidemarkers, should say stanley 4340 and they go in with the harness clip facing downwards....

because both side are not the same. on ek sidemakers one end is thicker than the other as opposed to eg sidemarkers which are the same either way.

Thats still not a reason why it goes one way and not the other. Either way you are cutting a hole in the fender and just hooking some wires up.

They are sidemarkers but one end is actually still viewable from the front or rear.

theres L/R stampings on them and the arrow points to the front of the car on the right/ pass side the stanley will be upside down

pm me i have a templete off a jdm fender for the ek
