last night after the track i was sitting in the car just idling and the car started to overheat. i checked the coolant nothing in the coolant, the water pump i kno is going bad but it seems to leak just a little bit, i just wanted to know with the leaking of the waterpump would that cause the coolant to be low in the car????? i kno stupid question but i wanna know for sure. it hasnt overheated since yesterday i started the car today put a little bit of water wetter and some coolant in and let it sit there for about 20 mins idling no more overheating but it did start to leak again. how safe it is to drive i have had no money in weeks and the pump finally came in at work so i will be doing it this or next week. whenever the guy who's doing it has time.
any info about driving it willl help thanks.
