Default Water pump help!

i went searching the forums and couldn't figure it out...

Just installed a new timing belt and water pump on my d16z6. Nothing special to it but when the car's idling I can hear this rubbing noise and the timing belt seems to be flapping somewhat on the waterpump side. The belt is tightened down right. Is it possible to have a brand new water pump with a bad bearing? Or did I over tighten my timing belt? I'm completely lost...help!

Sounds like your timing belt might be a little to tight. Try redoing the tenstion on it again. Also what cam gear is that? Is it set to 0?

It was hard to tell from the video but it sort of looked like your alternator belt was rubbing against your timing belt cover. Is it? The sound it is making sounds like something is rubbing, are there any marks on any of your belts?
