Default water problem!!!

It was raining hard the other day and I had a friend in my car with the fan on cause my windows were foggy and all of a sudden she says "my feet are getting wet" I turned off the fan and forgot about it.

Now today I was cleaning my car and when I lifted the passenger side carpet it was soaked underneath. anyone know what the problem is???

If it helps any sometimes when I turn on the fan(it only works on high) all these bits of leavs come flying in too

what is the problem and how much will it cost to fix???

Leaves coming out of the vents means there a leaves in the blower motor under the dash, its common for mice to make a nest in them, just remove 3 screws if i remember correctly to drop the blower motor and clean out whatevers in it. As for the wet floor there could be water getting in around the cowl, '92 - '95 civics had a problem with this, or it might be coming from the AC evaporator.

under the pass side of the dash there is an AC condensate line. Chances are its either clogged and backing up into the car or it has fallen off. Check that out.

the intake for your AC and heat is in the cowl. when it rains water gets in there. There is a condensate line that i was speaking of. If rain water gets in there.... it will drip if the line is off.

look under there and see if the rubber line is hooked up.
