Due to vandals T-boning my car with an Expedition, the whole left side was replaced. However, I haven't noticed until recently that during the rain or a carwash, water drips into the trunk where the body panels meet the trunk opening and where the body panel meets under the rear window. Rust has now set in, and I want to silicone the places where water is getting in.

However, I have found all kinds of silicone...some blue, some red, some black, all with similar purposes but different ways of curing. Which would be the best?
