water leak

It's probably actually coming from somewhere else.
Get a friend.
Dry the car out as well as you can.
Have one person lay in the back with a flashlight.
Have the other person outside of the car with a big cup of water.
The person outside pours water over the lowest point it could be leaking in.
The person inside the car watches for water leaks inside.
Once it leaks inside, now you know where the water is coming in FROM THE OUTSIDE.
The place it looks like it's coming in on the inside isn't always the exact place it's leaking in on the outside.
For example, my trunk seal looked like it was leaking. Come to find out, it's actually the seal around the rear window all the way up towards the top. The water is flowing down the c pillars and then sticks to the roof of the trunk until it drips down on a slightly lower point.
