Icon2 Water going into pistons??

So I found out that water was leaking into piston number 1 and 3. I was wondering what causes that to happen? and how it can be fix. Or is my engine gone already? My engine is a D16y7 btw. Oh and there is no water in the oil, I say it's the Pistons cause the pistons misfire and water comes out the tail pipe when I rev the car even tho the car is all warmed up already also two of the spark plugs have rust on them even tho they are new.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks

Because 2 of the spark plugs are rusting and they are not old spark plugs maybe 3 weeks old and the car sometimes over heats I'm guessing cause of the water that is being leaked, and water coming out the tail pipe is not normal after the car is hot and been running for at least 15 minutes it leaks when it's being rev up. I just want to know what is the cause of it maybe the Head gasket is gone or the piston rings? Oh and yeah I'm sure that is water because it's clear and doesn't smell like gasoline. Basically I want a second opinion anyone who has dealt with this kind of problem before.

Do you get any codes like "Random Cylinder Misfire"? Do you use anti-freeze? If so can you smell any anti-freeze burning? Does the car shake at all?

Yes, you actually said everything that is happening to the car. The car shakes when it starts up well when it's driving it kind of shaky too, and yeah I got the code for "Random Cylinder Misfire" and I did the timing on it I thought it would of been that. Well It doesn't smell like it's burning Anti-Freeze cause I keep refilling it with Water after it gets low on fluid so maybe it doesn't have no more Anti-freeze so it's just running on water and hat's why it doesn't smell. So how can it be fix any suggestions?

After doing a lot of research, I think the problem is going to be the head gasket it's probably fried since I do recall the car over heating more than a few times, can the head gasket be the problem?

Yea, if you're getting coolant/water in the cylinders you need a head gasket. Not much else it could be

I don't really know the history on it, but so far I rebuilt the tranny cause it messed up, it over heated a grip of times but so I bought a new Radiator, Fan, Thermostat, and Water Pump. I bought Head Gasket Repair from Autozone so if it gets fixed for a while it's the head gasket for sure.

So, the Heat Gasket Repair worked and the car stopped Shaking and it runs cool already so I guess it was the head gasket the bottle said it would fix the head gasket permanently but I don't know if that's true maybe down the road I'll change it because if it's not broken (anymore lol) why fix it..
