Is it continuous or a drip drip, and stop kind of thing?

It could just be condensation buildup.

He does live in texas, where they have a dew point.

The CAI filter is close enough to the ground that the dew could certainly get in his filter.

Not sure, but a possibility I see as feasible. I live in GA and my brothers comptech CAI is usually damp after a humid night.

well it is a drip that doesn't stop, I just did an engine swap so it could be possible that maybe one of my vacuum lines is in the wrong place. it's a very slow drip.

If it's consistent it could just be more condensation build-up in your vacuum lines, wherever air is, there' usually moisture.

Is it dripping from your filter? or out of a hole on the pipe?

Sure its water? Could it be gas?

Don't think a dew point would cause that unless its early early morning.

If its a constant drip maybe you have a coolant line hooked up to your cai????

Just throwing out ideas.
