maybe somebody peed in your car and didn't tell you. I'd assume it probably flooded into your car man. if it is flooding bad there are 500 million cracks and what not water can get into, though i'd wonder why it's only on the passenger side.

Looks like you have a 93, I hear they had better seals and shizz on the newer ones but I don't know.
OP: Its probably a door seal, but its going to be impossible to say for sure. Best way to see is get in the car and have a friend run a water hose around the door and see any water comes in the car.

Re: Water in car??????HELP (ghds1966)
i would like to know which seal needs to be replaced as well. it isn't the ac plug. i've already replaced that one since i removed the ac system in my car.
i dont have a fender on my car right now either, so this might be causing an issue as well...

The older my car gets the more leaks I seem to have, almost all are due to seal problems. You said that you have a Del Sol, do you ever have water collect in the back window compartment? Mine started this about a yr ago, and has drastically gotten worse.

Still need more info on the car. There is a plug or two in that area of the car, but there are a ton of other possible causes.
- Sunroof? The corner of the sunroof pan in my 94 EX actually rusted out and was letting water dump down the pillar... it came out right behind the ecu.
- Any holes drilled on the firewall (or there originally) that are not properly grommeted? This is a more common problem than you realize.
- AC evaporator drain tube off?
- Rust under the windshield area? This area is designed to collect water and drain it away. It also collects old leaves and crap which rot and in turn rot the metal away. And to nskforlife.... how completely did you remove the ac system? Is there a big hole where the blower duct used to be? Cover that biotch up with some duct tape, no one will ever see it
- The earlier mentioned plugs behind the fender? Pretty unlikely unless you've been submerging the car, but check em out anyways.
Check for leaks by running a hose over the car (lightly! rain doesn't hit your car at 120 psi and 50 gph!). Start low and work your way up once youre sure that the spot you're looking at is not the source of the leak. Have someone inside the car looking for the leak, you opening and closing the door constantly is going to blow the whole thing.
Honda also had a service bulletin about sealing a body seam area behing the fender on some 92-95 civics. Once again more information is needed beyond "I have a car that leaks water"
