Default warranty question

I have a 97 civic dx with 79,xxx miles on it. It threw a code 41 which is the o2 sensor. So, I went and picked up a new one today. when I took off my heat sheild I noticed a big crack in the exhaust manifold. So, my question is, will honda warranty it for a new one? I already called and made an appointment about it. they said it should but I want to find out for sure. thanks for any of your help.

what kind of warranty do you have...

generally they're 3years 60k... so that would be out...

Some honda dealers are good about stuff but others are not... so it may depend on the dealer...

I got a warranty through Western General. The guy at the dealer said that it should cover it because it's under emmissions, or some bs like that.

yup most likely....

as long as your warranty is in effect the exhaust manifold should be covered...
