ok heres the scoop i have 98 civic dx hatch with a b16 in it. the swap was attempted by 3 people in the area and noone could do it so i finally took it upon myself to learn how to do to like 2 year ago, but just last week i was looking my motor over and found a hose tucked away. the hose was clear with kinda a smoked hue to it that runs from under the car and stops right near my evap canister. it has this weird fitting on it that is black and has a square plug on the end with a round piece that when i is hooked up to whatever it goes to all you see is that round part as the square fits inside. WHAT IS THIS HOSE AND WHERE DOES IT GO? i thought it may hook up to the evap system but i cant find anywhere where it should hook up

it hooks on to the fuel filter bracket.
